Summertime in Australia is officially over and winter has arrived! When the weather turns cold, there is nothing better than staying indoors as your cosy bed gives you warm hugs. You start craving for your warm bed all cuddled up with a warm cup of coffee and binge-watching your favourite show on Netflix. So, let’s dedicate this time of the year to relaxing more and spending more me-time to revitalise your happy emotions. 2. THINGS CAN BE DONE IN BED
Coupled with the internet, your bed is ultimately the best spot in your home. Since we can’t leave our home due to social distancing, we all need this escapism and distraction to stay sane. Especially when watching an upbeat show or reading a book, catching up on your social media feeds, or getting your work done from home. But stay mindful of the impact of blue light emittance of your phone and laptop screens as we care for your beautiful eyes and restful sleep.
3. LISTEN TO YOUR HEART
Our brain will always tell us to get out of bed and complete our daily chores but what about our heart? Well, this time you must listen to your heart for this winter weekend and choose to laze around in your PJ’s and skip some chores.
